
Michael R. Parker (Of-Counsel)
Mr. Parker graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s degree in History. Afterward, he continued on to study law at The University of Texas School of Law in Austin, where he was a member of Law Review, graduated with high honors, and received the Chancellor’s award for a nearly perfect GPA. He is also a member of the Order of the Coif, awarded nationally to law graduates in the top 10% of their class.
Mr. Parker is licensed to practice law in California state and federal courts. Mr. Parker has significant legal experience in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, criminal law and real estate. Over his career Mr. Parker has secured millions of dollars of judgments, settlements, and jury verdicts for his clients. These cases ranged from simple car accidents to complex real estate transactions involving tens of millions of dollars. Recently, Mr. Parker was lead counsel in a nationally covered free speech case that was litigated in the Texas Supreme Court. He was quoted in several newspapers including the Texas Tribune and the Houston Chronicle.
